Total Body Sweat – $11/class
45 minutes gives us plenty of time to focus on getting your heart rate up and your muscles burning. Recommended equipment: light weights (3-10 lbs), but if you don’t have any you could use a can of beans, jugs of water or a bottle of wine … that you can drink later as you reminisce about what a “badass” you are.
